Anyone else being way more sociable with glasses on?

I have autism (I know big surprise) and thanks to another condition also quite a discomfort in bright light, which makes me grab glasses from time to time, even in darker times/ places. I realized tho, that wearing dark sunglasses not just make me look hot af lol but also just in general more sociable. I talk more smoothly and react more confident and calm, even when thrown into a uncomfortable scenario. Anyone else feeling the same way? Also Im not pretending to be cool or anything, Im not swapping my personality, I just feel more comfortable, especially with people not knowing where I look.

I have that staring thingy, where I dont like direct eye contact.
